A UiPath Queue holds transactions for an unattended automation to process. As they’re processed, each transaction progresses from “New” to “In Progress” to “Completed”. 2. Manage Access to Data via RPA

Your customer service agents need access to many systems to answer the breadth of questions they receive. How do you provide access to the specific information an agent needs without providing too much access to additional information that isn’t absolutely necessary? Desktop applications make access control even harder.
